Engineering for Everyone: Investigating the Possibilities

When you drive by a building do your thoughts turn to its infrastructure? Are you interested in designing and building machines, buildings, bridges, or systems pivotal to our society like roadways? If you answered “yes” to any of these, Engineering for Everyone is the Learning Community for you!

As part of this community, you will have the opportunity to participate in our signature events such as Steak & Eggs—a steak dinner with College of Engineering faculty and a competition building protection casing for dropping eggs off the top of Abel Hall—and trips to tour engineering companies and organizations. For example, last year we visited a nuclear submarine and jet propulsion facilities in San Diego.
