Business Opportunities

In Business Opportunities: Find Your Fit, you will learn about the opportunities for majors and careers in the business field. This learning community is a great fit for students who are interested in studying business but may need to do more exploring to determine their academic path. You will have practical experiences with guest speakers, field trips, and course work to connect your personal interests and goals with the right career fit.

As a member of this learning community, you will take introductory courses in business, English, and math. You will enjoy special advising activities and opportunities to connect with faculty and staff in the College of Business, including students in the Business Leaders Learning Community.

You will live with other Business Opportunities learning community students in Abel Hall. You will have increased access to advisors to assist you as you’re determining your academic and professional path. You’ll have exclusive opportunities for behind-the-scenes tours of businesses, teambuilding activities, and meetings with alumni and business professionals.
