Roommate Finder
Roommate Finder is an online platform where future residents can browse potential roommate options and message with individuals who may appear to be a good match. This allows students to communicate prior to committing to a roommate pair. Also, students are able to search for specific individuals who they may know already to create a verified roommate pair.
Once a student completes their Housing Application, they will immediately gain access to the Roommate Finder and begin looking for a potential roommate. By joining a Learning or Themed Community, students will be automatically pre-sorted to only see other students who are in their Learning or Themed Community.
Roommate Finder is open from the time the Housing Application is completed until May 1 allowing ample time to find a roommate pair. If a student goes into Roommate Finder very early in the process, they may not see many options for a Learning or Themed Community roommate. Students should check back occasionally throughout the process to see new options as not everyone will complete the Housing Application early.
